Vela's long-ranged assassin with a potent ranged attack. Executes Vela's warrants on marked targets.

Stormguard trainees charged to Vela after the force was wiped out. As she was the only surviving general, they were bound by duty and service and followed her unconditionally and became known as Raptors. Some doubted Vela upon her return, thinking her responsible for the Stormguard's destruction, but this was nothing a bit of her tough love couldn't handle.
