Celesta's greatest advisors. The Precognitors are said to be incomparable tacticians, dwarfing even the likes of Celesta. Legend has it that the Precognitors preceded Hamaliel, and swore themselves to her, knowing they lacked the brute force to defeat her. It is known that they know what a given army is going to do before that decision has even been made, and that they act proactively to circumvent those moves.
