Nautilusk

A sturdy melee slug with a thick, regenerative plated shell capable of absorbing heavy shots.

Nautilusks are a strong but peaceful race that, after eons of being culled by deadly wildlife in the act of defending themselves, evolved to have shells stronger than most metals found on Arctora. When even evolution failed to protect them, Ometa intervened and augmented their shells with Quadrapus alloys. Galvanized by their new strength and inspired by Ometa's gesture, they serve as the first bastion of defense when called upon.
