FPS limit

I'm running with almost every graphical setting maxed (Shadows, Environment and Fog of war off, who needs those) and I'm getting great FPS: 275 - 325. Too great, in fact. My GPU is going above 70º Celsius and I don't need that many FPS, so a customizable FPS limit would be great addition.

    If you enable Vertical Sync in the Graphics settings, that will limit your FPS to your monitor's refresh rate. Give it a try!

    Right, hadn't thought about Vertical Sync, my bad. It's 20º C colder now.
