Window placement bug

There is a bug with multimonitor under Windows 10 ( I am not sure if it would appear udner earlier versions of Windows).
If I move the Game Client on another monitor and I minimize it, when I restore it, it comes back on the main monitor.
I am attaching a screenshots of the properties of my taskbar.
