Installation Error 4153

From the install log:
MSI (s) (28:2C) [21:49:05:301]: Invoking remote custom action. DLL: C:\Windows\Installer\MSIF9E0.tmp, Entrypoint: VerifyPrereq
MSI (s) (28!58) [21:49:09:680]: Product: Atlas Native Client -- Error 4153. Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64 mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed.

I just manually installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, and then the install completed successfully. The installer wasn't very graceful with this though, not sure if you want to do anything about errors in install like this.

    Glad you found a work-around! Sorry for the issue, we're working hard to make the install experience smooth, but we've got a lot of work to do. GLHF!

    Hi Platypus, I'm glad you got this working. We've seen this a few times (we call it the TURNIP error), and we're pretty sure it will improve over time as more developers create applications with Visual Studio 2015.
