"Click anywhere to leave game" doesn't work in full screen

Hey,

the clicks don't register after I get "Click anywhere to leave game" after a win, even though everything else seems to work and my cursor moves normally. When I press Alt-Enter to get into windowed mode and click again it works instantly.

This happened with the settings on windowed as well as on full screen. I'm running Atlas on Win 10 x64.
