Abominable Sludge heals rapidly from enemy towers

...with the upgrade, even if it's not dealing damage to them. Seems to be a bug, can see at end of this replay: Geccfd87109004911805a68881b973dc1

I'm wandering slime around towers, it is hitting no units, and is rapidly healing. Don't think this is working as intended.
