Running out of spell slots bug

White can run out of slots for spells if they go for specific combos. I encountered it with purifier windray deadeye precognitor zephyr. It may happen for other colors and combos as well. As a result, the wind ray range boost button didn't appear anywhere and therefore I couldn't find a way to cast it. This looks like it took place since the sprinter isn't required to be taken anymore and lots of white units have two spells, The "Q" and "W" slots were open and unused, but they seem to be reserved for tier 1 units.
