Windows 10 Client Immediately Crashes after checking for updates

I installed the client but when I attempt to run it I get the "checking for updates" dialog box. After it checks for a second or 2 it disappears and the client never shows up. No error messages or anything and the Atlas client does not show up in the task manager.

    Mh that's bad. Try re-downloading it maybe? Also try disabling your anti-virus while installing.

    Still no go on this. I tried installing it under the Admin account. I tried installing to the default directory instead of where ever I want.

    Upgrading from Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 10240) (10240.th1_st1.151104-1714) to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586) (10586.th2_release.151121-2308) seems to have fixed the issue.
