Merc Ideas as per (Arti)Berreck request

Ran into some issues today in PvP and started hypothesizing about a Merc unit that could possibly revert damage done to your units, not a healer but someone that almost... took your units back in time. Say it was a flying unit that you activated and then it went faster and faster until it hit an arbitrary in game speed of say 88? then any unit it passed over in said time frame would jump back in time say 30 year... 30 secs? It could maybe look something like this.

Now im currently looking for a job so if the Arti guys need someone to be their ideas man Im ready and waiting!
