I feel like the mouse-over pop-up is too sensitive. I find it easier to read on screen with the mouse pointed at the line I'm reading, but the pop-ups for the abilities appears whenever the mouse pointer is within that ability's text box, not just when it's over the ability's picture.

For example, I go to point at the first unit's description, and the Assault Corps info pops up, even though my cursor was nowhere near the Assault Corps symbol.

    Ah yeah we don't have an extremely polished and clean UI right now and likely won't for a few months. Everything is pretty much "functional" so players are GUARANTEED to get access to all the information. I agree that it's a bit "loud" right now. Your mouse seems to set off text bombs all over the place.
