Game client window is offscreen

Started up my first game vs bots. Game window opened behind the Atlas launcher, and then moved to the bottom of the screen (under the Taskbar).

Using Windows 10 x64, game client seems to be windowed by default.
Dual monitor setup, started game from main monitor.

See attached screenshot, underneath the taskbar is where the game client is..

    This happened to me on Windows 8 x64 with a single monitor setup. Sometimes when I alt-tab the client window doesn't fill out. It was just a frame with the title and boarders, but like it was transparent and I could see google chrome int he background.
