Client Hangup on Matchmaker

Immediately after logging in (windows 10) I clicked Play. The matchmaker pop up appears with 0s or maybe 1 or 2. The issue is that both of the buttons create errors in the chat and bottom right, but do not clear the pop up. I exited and re logged to fix. Screen shot below
